what is the difference of a restaurant organizational structure between travel agency organizational structure?
Can someone give a comparison between them? PLEASE I'm desperate. That's my homework. Thanks!

- Travel agency is usually an owner and some staff. Like any business. Could even just be the owner working alone. A restaurant very, very different as the Chef is a bit of a g_d and he/she hand picks their team each with specific responsibilities and an entire caste system. I put a link below with all the positions and a description. The Front of the House has its own caste system with it is usually run by the Owner/Manager and all their staff. Two separate worlds.
