Ok creative peoples with words I need just a little guidance to design an organizational structure.?

Design an organizational structure for a business, hospital with 125 employees; describe to what degree activities will be subdivided into separate jobs at your business. Describe to whom individuals and groups will report at your business. Describe approximately how many individuals a manager will efficiently and effectively direct at your business. Summarize how your employees will respond to your business’ organizational structure, and what overall employee behavior will be like. If I can get some general ideals how to create a business your help is really appreciate. You do not have to do my work I will do my work just give me general ideal to think about to create my business.

  1. Ok you have a small business which I would divide into two business lines patient care and business. The structure will be as follows, President and CEO over both lines Sr. VP of patient care who will be a Physician (possibly part time position) and Sr. VP of Business and you want a CPA/MBA with non profit experience. The VP in charge of HR reports to the business line and the VP in charge or nursing reports to the patient care line. After that level I think you simply want to structure teams of like individuals with a manager who reports directly to the VP above them. Depending on your physician structure that may be difficult but nurses are easy to group, in with nurses aides and techs and secretaries are their own group. Business people like coders, accountants, analysts and IT are grouped into like assets and have team leads (managers). The employees report to 1 manager which will help with morale. I hope this gives you a good start.
