Where can i get university organizational structure that is related to element?

I am working on assignment on organizational structure. And in the structure, there are 6 elements such as job design, formalization, span of control, departmentalization and so on. And the question states that i have to find evidence of this element in my university, can i know where can i get the info? thanks
