1. Sorry I live in Orlando and I actually have been lookin for one here but Its hard b/c you never know if it's a scam or not. I work at night so that's something I would like to do during the day!
2. Get a list of local (Philly) papers. Many of them are online and you can keep track of postings. You may also want to actually call the papers and ask. Northeast Times The Trend New Gleaner That's just the NE and I'm sure there are more. But, check for all the sections of the city.
