What are considered good neighborhoods in Philadelphia?

I bought a house in the Oxford Circle area of Philadelphia and was wondering if it's a good area. I know that northern philly is a bad neighborhood. How is the current housing market there?

1. Where you're at is nice, it's a good neighborhood. Housing market is the same as it is everywhere in Philly, not great. There are some houses going and yet there still are houses that have been on the market for quite some time.
