I need to travel from philadelphia to boston next week all during the evening times, cheapest way?

I need to leave philadelphia after 3pm on wednesday and leave boston at about 10pm on thursday, flights are about $400 which is too much and amtrak isnt running at those times. I need to be near harvard, help please!
