What organizational structure is this company using?

if a company produces 2 products, A and B, has a manager for each of the 2 divisions; under product B it is promoted in N. America and India, both again having their own country managers...what organizational structure is the company likely to use - divisional or other? please explain.

2. need to ability for answering . ok but sir have you any sen sable ok eg:its like accent every country has its own . but language is same if reach china use their accent america etc . and which product is profitable you should be evaluate if you feel difficulties Marj both if possible or ok
