How do I take over ownership of an old cemetary?

I have an old cemetary on my property that is growing up. According to the deed the cemetary is not actually part of my property and is tax exempt. From what I got from the online propery data it is unowned. I would like to take over ownership of this cemetary and keep it clean. How would I go about getting a deed for it?
