How do I transfer ownership of pretested & prewashed sperm that is currently stored at a Sperm Bank?

A woman has additional vials of the same donor as my daughter and we want to buy them from her without being ripped off. We don't want to just send the money and hope that she will transfer owership of the vials to us? How do you do that? What constitutes ownership? Will a cerified letter suffice? Should we get a lawyer involved? What if she sells them to someone else for more money? How do we prove they are ours?
