What are good ideas for meaningful word of wisdom to put in a card for a family with a new baby girl?

My ex girlfriend and i became good friends years after we seperated, now her and her fiance are about to have a baby girl. I am soooo happy for them and wanted some help with ideas for meainingful words of wisdom for a young couple having there first child...keep in mind they are very nervous and comforting words as well as advice and humor will help the most...please help me i want to do anything i can to help a new family i love
