Does upper management ever feel they have no knowledge of what they are managing? examples: 1. when you are giving a tour and the guest has more knowledge than you of your own operation. 2. when your employees 2 levels below you point out obvious flaws in your thinking. 3. when you see good people quit and work elsewhere. 4. when dedicated people turn into "I'm just here for the paycheck." I'm just curious. Can management see this and wonder about their own competence or are they oblivious to the signs?.
